Profile Requirements:
- Recruiting Experience: Prior experience in recruiting, preferably within insurance, financial services, or other commission-based sales environments.
- Industry Familiarity: Understanding of life insurance sales models, independent brokerage structures, or agent-based organizations preferred.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to confidently present opportunities and build rapport with candidates in a consultative manner.
- Sales Mindset: Comfortable evaluating candidates for sales potential, motivation, and ability to thrive in performance-driven environments.
- Organization & Follow-Through: Ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously while maintaining consistent follow-up and documentation.
- Self-Starter Mentality: Able to work independently in a part-time capacity, proactively driving recruiting efforts without heavy oversight.
Core responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing & Outreach: Identify and engage prospective insurance agents through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to build a consistent pipeline of talent.
- Screening & Qualification: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate fit based on sales aptitude, entrepreneurial mindset, and alignment with the agency’s platform and support model.
- Opportunity Presentation: Clearly communicate the value of the agency’s lead system, training programs, compensation structure, and growth potential to prospective recruits.
- Interview Coordination: Manage scheduling and coordination of interviews between candidates and leadership, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate activity, follow-ups, and conversion metrics within the recruiting funnel.
- Onboarding Support: Assist with the initial onboarding process, ensuring new agents are properly introduced to systems, training resources, and support channels.
