The Quality, Safety & Customer Assurance Coordinator, ANZ is a key cross-functional role responsible for the coordination, implementation, and ongoing management of Workplace Health & Safety (WHS), Quality Assurance, ISO compliance, and Customer Assurance activities across the ANZ business.This role will report directly to the Country Manager (ANZ) and work closely with HR for policy governance and alignment. The position is focused on execution, enforcement, audit readiness, and continuous improvement, ensuring all frameworks are embedded effectively across the organisation.A critical component of this role is ownership and coordination of ISO audit processes, alongside active engagement with external compliance providers.RESPONSIBILITIESWorkplace Health & Safety (WHS)
- Drive implementation and enforcement of WHS policies across ANZ
- Ensure compliance with Australian WHS legislation and internal frameworks
- Maintain WHS registers (incidents, hazards, risk assessments, training records)
- Lead incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Deliver and coordinate WHS training and retraining programs across all teams
- Support managers with WHS responsibilities and compliance requirements
- Management of Psychosocial Hazards and Safety
- Battery Storage Management
- Create a safe and compliant workplace following all WHS principles and guidelines by implementing all safety policies (Wardens, EP’s etc).
- Coordinate and support all ISO audit activities (internal and external)
- Maintain audit readiness across the business, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date
- Manage quality documentation, SOPs, and compliance records
- Track and follow up on Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPAs)
- Partner with global and APAC Quality teams to ensure alignment with standards (e.g. ISO 13485, ISO 9001)
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across operational and service functions
- Act as a key liaison between ANZ and Regulatory Affairs (RA) teams and external providers
- Coordinate documentation and compliance requirements with external RA consultants and partners
- Support regulatory submissions, audits, and compliance activities where required
- Ensure alignment between WHS, Quality, and regulatory obligations
- Coordinate customer complaints, quality issues, and escalations
- Ensure all customer-related issues are documented, investigated, and resolved in line with compliance requirements
- Maintain customer assurance records and reporting
- Identify trends and work with internal teams to improve customer outcomes
- Maintain accurate and audit-ready records across WHS, Quality, and Customer Assurance
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and compliance updates for leadership
- Track completion of training, audits, and compliance activities
- Support rollout and communication of policies and procedural updates

- Strong understanding of Australian WHS legislation
- Experience supporting or coordinating ISO audits
- Strong administrative and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across functions
