Coordinate and manage service workflows for ANZ Technical Service: create and track service jobs, schedule field engineers, process RMAs and repairs, maintain compliant service documentation, support invoicing and QA/RA, track spare parts and KPIs, liaise with customers, logistics, finance and clinical teams, and recommend process improvements.

Support day-to-day ANZ finance operations including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, order management and backlog reporting, employee expense processing via Emburse, supplier payment runs, BAS assistance (GST, PAYG), month-end reconciliations, and finance process improvements while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

The Technical Services Engineer maintains and repairs ZOLL medical devices, ensures compliance with service agreements, and strives for high customer satisfaction across Australia and New Zealand.

Manage promotion, sales, and clinical adoption of ZOLL's hospital product portfolio across Western Australia and Northern Territory. Build relationships with clinicians, procurement and biomedical teams; deliver product demonstrations and training; support tenders, quoting, contract negotiations, and post-sale support; maintain Salesforce CRM and monitor market and competitor activity.

As a Clinical Specialist, you will support education and implementation of ZOLL's medical products, ensuring integration into healthcare workflows and improving patient outcomes.
