We’re looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic projects that align with business priorities. You’ll manage cross-functional teams, track progress, and ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget. This role reports to the Program Director and plays a key part in driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
Develop charters, integrated plans, resource and contingency strategies
Assess trade-offs and manage risks, costs, and stakeholder value
Track financials and reconcile project expenditures
Facilitate checkpoints and governance forums
Communicate project status to stakeholders and publish reports
Ensure compliance with project methodology and success metrics
Qualifications:
Solid experience in project management
Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities
Proven ability to manage ambiguity and drive outcomes
Experience in Transport or Ticketing projects (preferred but not required)
Bachelor’s degree required; PMP/PMI certification desirable
