  • Collaborate closely with Senior Leadership, Site Leadership Teams, HR, Corporate teams and external stakeholders including customers and 3PL providers

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, risks and dependencies

  • Facilitate project governance forums and steering committees, ensuring transparency and timely escalation of risks and issues

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast‑paced environments

  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills

  • Ability to work autonomously while influencing outcomes across complex, matrixed organisations

  • A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset — comfortable with ambiguity and change

  • Formal Project Management qualifications are desirable but not essential

  • Safety-first culture — your wellbeing comes first

  • Opportunity to work on meaningful, enterprise‑scale projects

  • A culture built on trust, respect, innovation, and servant leadership

  • Be part of a team that values continuous improvement and bold thinking

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
