Leads commercial finance for Australia’s transport business, partnering with operational leadership to improve profitability and efficiency. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, P&L and variance reporting, business case development, data analysis, and strategic decision support. The role also supports transport optimization, process improvement, system transformation, and major growth initiatives while serving as the key finance representative on the transport leadership team.

Lead strategic projects across Lineage’s Australian warehousing and logistics network. Responsibilities include assessing operational improvement opportunities, developing business cases and project plans, managing budgets, risks, milestones, governance and stakeholder expectations, and coordinating operations, engineering, commercial and support teams. The role focuses on warehouse optimization, asset performance, capacity, customer outcomes and network growth rather than IT project management.

Supervise and coach an operational administration team handling customer orders, invoicing, stock file maintenance, reporting and site support. Liaise with operations and customers, resolve inventory queries, manage supplies and safety/compliance activities (FSANZ, HACCP, CoR), and drive continuous improvement and service excellence.

Drive and embed site safety culture by partnering with leaders to implement safety plans, conduct investigations, risk assessments and audits, develop SOPs, deliver training, manage injury processes, analyse safety data, and support APAC-wide safety initiatives.

Lead the Employee Relations and HR Policy strategy across the APAC region, guiding senior leaders, managing enterprise bargaining, and enhancing HR capabilities.

The Director of Engineering will lead the execution of engineering and capital strategies across the Asia-Pacific network, driving infrastructure performance and operational excellence while managing a high-performing team.

Lead the Asia-Pacific tax function covering direct and indirect tax, transfer pricing, tax accounting, compliance, audits, M&A support, tax governance and advising senior business leaders across APAC jurisdictions.
