Are you an experienced Project Manager who thrives on bridging the gap between human expertise and technological excellence? At Probe CX, we are a global team of 9,000 people-purpose led professionals dedicated to delivering a human touch to every interaction.
We are seeking a disciplined Project Manager to lead a portfolio of medium-to-large scale initiatives. This is a governance-focused role where you will be responsible for ensuring milestones are met, budgets are tracked, and risks are mitigated.
As the primary link between our internal delivery teams and external clients, you will be someone who is comfortable making independent decisions and can manage complex, multi-stream environments effectively.
What you’ll be doing
Establish Project Frameworks: Drive project governance using Waterfall, Agile, or Scrum methodologies to ensure consistent successful delivery.
Detailed Project Planning: Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, and and other associated project deliverables to provide a single view of progress.
Manage Scope and Change: Monitor project scope and manage change requests to ensure expectations remain aligned with agreed goals.
Autonomous Decision Making: Re-prioritise tasks as required and use professional discretion to determine when issues need to be escalated.
Stakeholder Reporting: Provide regular, accurate status reports to all organisation levels, translating technical updates into clear business outcomes.
About you
You are a logical and critical thinker who stays calm under pressure. You possess the initiative to find solutions and manage your time effectively . To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Proven Experience: A track record in a similar Project Manager role, ideally within a BPO or outsourcing environment.
Methodology Mastery: Proficiency in PRINCE2, Waterfall, Scrum, or Agile methodologies.
Client Expertise: High-level experience in managing complex, client-facing projects and coordinating with diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in business or management and specific Project Management certifications (e.g. PMP) are highly regarded.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication with the ability to build collaborative relationships across all levels.
