Join a dynamic and team in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector where no two days are the same! We're on the lookout for a proactive and people-focused HR Advisor (On Site) to provide hands-on support to our blue & white collar workforce.

You may be working as an HR Advisor already, or perhaps you're an experienced HR Coordinator ready to take the next step. Either way, you're someone who's confident handling day-to-day HR administration and acting as the first point of contact for employee queries. You're proactive, people-focused, and not afraid of a fast-paced, hands-on environment where things can shift quickly.
Due to the nature of the role, you'll need to be based on-site at our Northgate factory five days a week, working closely with both our blue- and white-collar teams.
Your ability to build strong relationships, stay organised, and provide practical, solutions-oriented support will be key to your success.

- Act as a support to the Northgate team in compliance, management of systems and process, and act as a first point of contact for front line queries
- Support the internal people pillar to ensure best practice across site HR function
- Collate and execute analytic HR metrics and take on key projects to enhance engagement for the site
- Coordinate and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legislation and company standards.
- Support business improvement initiatives and contribute towards positive engagement native across the site
