The role

The key focus of this role is supporting product-related matters across the Product team, Marketing & Growth and the wider organisation. You will contribute to the ongoing management and improvement of UniSuper’s accumulation products.

  • Support delivery across the Fund’s proposition and products
  • Contribute to accumulation product roadmaps
  • Deliver and maintain high-quality product documentation
  • Analyse potential product enhancements, costs and benefits
  • Support incident remediation and resolution
  • Deliver product training and presentations to staff

About you

You will bring financial services experience and exposure to superannuation products or financial advice. You take pride in delivering quality outcomes and contributing effectively with stakeholders across the organisation.

  • Five or more years’ financial services experience
  • Experience in product or product communications
  • Superannuation or pension administration experience
  • Exposure to superannuation products or financial advice
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications strongly preferred
