Job Description

  • Play a key part in shaping Club Jetstar’s membership strategy and driving growth across multiple markets.  
  • Collaborate with diverse teams across Marketing, Digital, Pricing, and Technology to deliver innovative campaigns and product enhancements. 
  • 6 month fixed term role based in our Collingwood Head Office

Join Jetstar and help shape the future of Club Jetstar! As Product Specialist, Club Jetstar, you’ll support the membership strategy across all Jetstar Branded Airlines by leveraging customer insights and market data to identify key segments and unlock growth opportunities. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to develop product enhancements, look for ways to rewards members and deliver impactful campaigns that drive membership growth and revenue targets. Regular reporting and performance analysis by market, along with campaign reviews, will be central to ensuring success. The Core Responsibilities of This Role: 

  • Build strong relationships with Marketing, Digital, Pricing, Technology, Legal, and Customer teams. 
  • Identify opportunities to improve the Club Jetstar member experience. 
  • Conduct market research and analyse trends to inform decisions. 
  • Support  a pipeline of work designed to enhance and optimise the membership program. 
  • Coordinate testing and BAU activities; resolve escalated complaints. 
  • Explore new partner opportunities and work with marketing and digital teams to promote existing partner offers. 
  • Maintain accurate product information on customer facing channels and for internal stakeholders. 
  • Deliver regular reporting and data analysis to track and improve performance. 
  • Ensure workplace safety compliance and participate in safety initiatives. 

To be considered for this role, you will need: 

  • Ability to think strategically about shaping the future of Club Jetstar 
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to manipulate & use data to inform decision making 
  • Excellent project management and time management skills
  • Willingness to take ownership of initiatives and be proactive in seeking out opportunities to drive revenue & improve Club Jetstar
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Capable of working independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
  • Experience in product marketing is also highly regarded
