Job Description
About the role
As a Product Manager in GradConnection, you'll drive product strategy and execution for our graduate recruitment solutions. You'll work closely with our customers, sales team, engineering teams and stakeholders to deliver innovative features that help students land their dream graduate roles and employers discover exceptional talent.

GradConnection became part of the SEEK group of companies in February 2019 after being founded in 2009. We are the number one University careers website in Australia with the most graduate job seekers and graduate employers in the market.
Our core purpose is to connect university talent with the employers looking to hire them across Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong. We are a customer focused company and have won multiple Graduate Industry awards for being the best supplier to the graduate market.
We have team members based across Sydney, Melbourne & Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap and vision for key GradConnection features
- Work closely with students and employers to deeply understand their needs
- Lead agile delivery with our engineering and design teams
- Analyse data to make informed product decisions
- Drive continuous improvement of our user experience
- Collaborate with SEEK teams to align our product strategy
- Measure and report on product performance
Qualifications
Skills and experience
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with agile methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities
- Data-driven decision making mindset
- Passion for early careers and graduate recruitment
- Startup mindset with ability to execute at pace
- Integration experience preferred but not essential
