About the Role

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Product Manager who thrives on turning big ideas into impactful solutions. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping our products, helping our customers seamlessly sell, serve guests, market, and manage their businesses.

Reporting to the Director of Product, you’ll dive deep into customer problems, using insights and data to craft smart strategies that drive real results. You’ll lead a cross functional team to launch, scale, and continuously improve our products on a global stage.

From writing crystal-clear user stories to ensuring smooth collaboration across teams, you’ll be the go-to person for your domain—keeping everything on track and everyone aligned. Passionate about customer success, you’ll be driven to deliver real value, making an impact where it matters most.

What You'll Do

  • Obsess customer success by deeply understanding our customers’ businesses, pain points, and the ‘why’ behind their challenges.
  • Leverage data-driven insights—both qualitative and quantitative—to shape a customer-centric product strategy that solves real problems.
  • Balance competing priorities across a diverse customer base, leading a cross-functional team to launch, iterate, and scale solutions globally.
  • Craft clear, compelling product documentation, including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, to align engineering, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Be the go-to person for your initiatives, ensuring internal and external stakeholders—executives included—are aligned on priorities, resources, and progress.
  • Advocate for customers at every step, bringing passion and a strong product mindset to consistently deliver real value.
  • Raise the bar by defining clear goals and key results to drive success for the product team and the solutions we build.

About You

You’re passionate about crafting exceptional user experiences and thrive on solving complex problems with strategic, customer-centric solutions. With a sharp analytical mindset, you know how to interpret both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions—and communicate your rationale in a way that inspires action.

  • You’re an experienced Product Manager who has worked in a fast-growing software company and knows how to navigate competing priorities.
  • A self-starter with a bias for action, known for delivering impact in dynamic, fast-paced environments with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, able to break down complex challenges, adapt to shifting priorities, and drive real business outcomes.
  • A natural influencer, skilled at aligning decision-makers at all levels—without relying on authority—to move initiatives forward.
  • Detail-obsessed, ensuring your engineering team has everything they need to execute successfully.
  • A strategic thinker, able to build compelling business cases for new opportunities and effectively communicate their value across teams.
  • An exceptional communicator, both written and verbal, with a knack for building strong relationships across a wide range of stakeholders.
  • An entrepreneurial problem-solver, unafraid to take calculated risks, experiment, and validate new product ideas.
  • A champion of innovation, fostering creative thinking, challenging the status quo, and driving groundbreaking solutions.
  • Data-driven and market-savvy, using research and insights to identify trends and shape forward-thinking product strategies.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
