As a Product Manager, play a key role in ensuring seamless integration, brand consistency, and regulatory compliance across our third-party partnerships and rollouts. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external providers, and regulatory teams to maintain a high-quality user experience while optimising product performance in new markets.

Your role with us:
Reporting directly to one of our Senior Product Managers, your day to day will include improving product performance, shaping a seamless user experience and ensuring frictionless journeys. You will additionally strengthen platform strategy, adapt to evolving regulations and optimise how we work at scale - all while becoming a Regulated Market SME.

What you will do:

  • Shape a seamless user experience: You'll ensure that every feature and user experience aligns with our brand and meets local market needs, creating a smooth and engaging platform experience where regulations allow.
  • Best-in-class onboarding experience: In regulated markets, registration and KYC processes are critical to both compliance and user experience. You will play a key role in ensuring these journeys are seamless, efficient, and aligned with local regulations. Reducing friction for users while maintaining the highest compliance and security standards.
  • Frictionless payment journeys: You'll work closely with the dedicated Payments team to ensure local payment provider integrations deliver seamless deposit and withdrawal experiences. By deeply understanding user needs and regulatory requirements, you’ll help prioritise and refine payment journeys that drive trust, engagement, and conversion.
  • Improve product performance: By actively tracking and managing bugs and feedback, you'll drive continuous enhancements that make our platform faster, more reliable, and more enjoyable for users.
  • Strengthen platform strategy: Collaborating across teams, you’ll align third-party solutions with our long-term vision, ensuring that integrations support scalability and innovation.
  • Adapt to evolving regulations: You’ll work closely with compliance teams to navigate regulatory shifts, keeping our platform competitive and compliant in every market we enter.
  • Strong regional relationships: You'll engage directly with teams in each regulated market, deeply understanding their needs and translating them into actionable priorities. By managing and prioritising this work, you'll ensure that the most impactful features and integrations are delivered efficiently through our third-party platform providers.
  • Optimise how we work at scale: You’ll play a key role in establishing and refining a scalable product process for collecting, prioritising, and executing work across regions and third-party providers. By streamlining workflows, you'll help ensure efficiency, reduce friction, and improve delivery speed in a complex multi-market environment.
  • Become a regulated market wizard: You'll invest in your own growth to develop deep expertise in regulated markets, enabling you to play a key role in shaping the future of our regulated platform. Your knowledge gained through third-party integrations will not only help influence how we build our own platform but will also be critical when we migrate third parties onto our regulated platform in the future.

What you will bring:

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience
  • You have a history of successfully developing top-tier products alongside design and engineering teams.
  • You are adept at gaining an understanding of technical systems to navigate engineering prioritisation challenges.
  • Be able to demonstrate the ability to show a vision for your product which provides direction and inspiration.
  • A constant focus on envisioning the future and identifying ways to enhance the customer experience and product.
  • Proven track record of wanting to solve tough problems, diving deep, and achieving the best outcomes through collaboration.
  • You love to experiment and not be afraid to be bold.
  • You make things happen and show that ambiguity, evolving processes, and complexity motivate you rather than deter you.
  • Demonstrate that you are a team player who lifts people up and fosters a positive and proactive team environment.
  • Share your knowledge for the greater benefit of growing others.
  • Abilities around utilising data-driven decision-making

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Casino, Sports Wagering and/or Crypto industry knowledge would be advantageous.
  • Proficient with Mixpanel, Tableau, Figma, Jira, Google Suite and Slack.
