The Opportunity

To support our continued growth, we’ve created a new opportunity for a commercially minded Product Manager to support and manage the product marketing activities across our Biosurgery portfolio. Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager for Biosurgery & Wound Closure, you will play an integral role in shaping strategy, driving commercial success, and championing our brand with customers across Australia.

This role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth.

Responsibilities

  • Providing technical expertise and training across all Biosurgery products and developing new product launch plans for the region
  • Offering competitor analysis, market research on trends, and supporting pricing functions and processes
  • Adapting product messaging and collateral for local use, and working closely with KOL to support development of product line
  • Partnering with regulatory and commercial teams to ensure alignment and successful execution, attending conferences and providing product demo as required

About You

  • Background in surgical sales – Biosurgery experience an added advantage, along with marketing and product management experience, plus an understanding of supply chain
  • Strong commercial acumen with a growth mindset, and collaborative with the ability to influence across diverse teams
  • Ability to synthesize complex technical information into clear, actionable insights, together with excellent project management, organisational and leadership skills
  • Excellent skills in documentation, technical writing, and communication
