What you will do:

  • Develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable user experience.
  • Utilise best practices in UI design, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Conduct user research/usability testing to understand the needs, behaviours, and pain points of our target audience to inform design decisions.
  • Ensure that the UI is responsive, adapting designs to accommodate various screen sizes and orientations, and also designing for platform-specific apps such as iOS and Android.
  • Define and document design components and patterns for consistent and scalable application across different platforms using Figma.
  • Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate the functionality and animations.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of design components.
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and align design solutions with business goals.
  • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and improve designs.
  • Advocate for user-centred design principles and ensure that design decisions are rooted in user needs and business objectives.
  • Participate in design sprints, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to foster a collaborative and creative design culture.
  • Develop wireframes and prototypes to outline the layout and functionality, providing a blueprint for development and stakeholders.

What you will bring:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Designer, with a strong focus on UI design.
  • A portfolio showcasing a range of UI design projects and the ability to explain design decisions.
  • Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and rationale.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving project requirements.
  • Experience with designing for platform-specific apps such as iOS and Android is desirable. 
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.

Bonus points if you also have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Experience working in competitive industries such as crypto and iGaming.
