Team Global Express is seeking a Process Analyst based at Melbourne Airport on a Fixed Term contract until June 2026 (Full-Time) to help transform how we deliver Customer Service.

You will analyse, optimise, and streamline business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement across our service teams.

This role reports to the Head of Consumer Operational Performance Improvement and helps drive smarter, more customer-focused operations.

 

What You Will Do

  • Look at how work is done across teams and map out the current processes

  • Find better ways of working to reduce delays and improve the customer experience

  • Support investigations into problems and give ideas backed by data and feedback

  • Work with teams across the business to improve how we do things

  • Help design new ways of working that support bigger changes

  • Use tools like process mapping and journey mapping to keep improving over time

What You Bring

  • Ability to develop and implement process optimisation solutions to streamline processes, automate tasks and improve efficiency.

  • Complete root cause analysis and investigate the underlying causes of problems and inefficiencies.

  • Understand how to interpret and analyse limited and often incomplete data to support investigation and purpose of discovery.

  • Customer experience mindset.

  • Ability to question and critique current process or the way things have always been done.

  • Discretion with working on sensitive information and communicating with internal stakeholders cautiously.

  • Ability to work autonomously with the confidence to ask questions if unsure how to proceed.Confidence to liaise with internal stakeholders from a range of roles and positions as well all business departments.

  • Knowledge of Customer Service processes
