The role

The key focus of this role is delivering personal financial advice to existing and new clients to support their financial objectives. You will apply your expertise across complex financial needs while delivering high-quality advice and professional standards. Furthermore, you will:

  • Deliver review advice to existing clients and advice to some new clients
  • Support review appointments through tasks, follow-up communications and campaigns
  • Deliver advice to members with complex financial needs, including high-net-worth clients
  • Deliver high-quality Records of Advice as required
  • Apply governance, compliance and professional standards in day-to-day advice
  • Support improvements in advice delivery, including the use of AI
     

About you

You are an experienced, currently registered Financial Adviser who takes pride in delivering high-quality advice and client experiences. You apply advanced technical knowledge, communicate clearly and work effectively to deliver outcomes within tight deadlines. You also have:

  • Substantial client-facing financial advice experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher and passed FASEA Exam
  • CFP qualification and Qualified Tax Relevant Provider status
  • Professional membership with the FAAA
  • Advanced knowledge of financial planning, social security, taxation, superannuation and investments
  • Experience with complex financial profiles, client relationships, workshops and presentations
