We’re excited to announce a fantastic opportunity in our Identity & Security practice for a Principal Security Architect

As a Principal Security Architect at Versent, you will be the driving force behind designing and delivering cutting-edge security solutions that protect our clients' most critical systems and data.

You’ll be at the forefront of building and implementing robust, innovative security architectures that make a real impact.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with clients, technical teams, and key stakeholders to assess security needs, identify vulnerabilities, and create tailored, comprehensive security strategies. Your deep expertise will be essential in fortifying the security posture of our clients, boosting their resilience, and ensuring they stay ahead of ever-evolving threats.

What You’ll Bring: 

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Security solutions across various client engagements. 

• Proven experience as a Cloud Security Architect with a deep understanding of DevSecOps technologies and solutions. 

• Experience in developing security strategies that align with business goals and regulatory requirements. 

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of modern identity and access management challenges. 

• Ability to translate complex identity and security concepts into practical, client focused solutions. 

• Contribute and Deliver to the outcomes of a Proof of Value/Concept, customer demos or leading-edge engagements, ensuring customer satisfaction 

• Support the project management process and resolving technical problems as they arise 

• Develop and own unique IP and methodology in deploying cloud security solutions (such as CNAPP) and managing them ongoing for Clients

• Support Business Development - Assist and contribute to responding to tenders, developing proposals, and managing the business process. Interact with other leaders in Versent to complement our Identity offerings with Cloud and Security. 

• Develop practice collateral to streamline project delivery and quality through proven/reusable domain delivery practices and methods.  

Skills Required

• Certifications in Cloud Security from one of the major providers (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.) are highly desirable.

• Hands-on experience with modern CI/CD pipeline architecture, governance, and DevSecOps practices.

• Extensive technical and analytical expertise in engineering and software architecture design.

• Proven track record in a customer-facing, sales-aligned role, such as consultant, solutions engineer, or solutions architect.

• Knowledge of coding languages and software development principles.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Strong relationship-building skills, able to connect with clients and colleagues at all levels.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to inspire trut
