In this role, you’ll be part of our Centre of Excellence, guided by our Chief Architect, where you’ll play a pivotal leadership role across the Group’s technology community. You’ll help shape and guide the strategic development and thoughtful implementation of an enterprise-wide architecture—spanning business, data, AI, and technology domains—through collaboration, vision, and influence.

Our Enterprise Architecture (EA) team is setting the north star, dedicated to shaping a clear and inspiring vision for our business and technology strategies. We guide the architectural outcomes that support our business aspirations and outcomes today and in the future.
We collaborate closely with the business to define our technology direction and create the roadmap that brings our target architecture to life.
We validate solution decisions and collaborate with our engineering teams to ensure domain architectures are integrated into all detailed designs. We also nurture strong partnerships with our IT Operations teams to support continuous learning and shared growth from implemented architectures.

Have proven experience in enterprise architecture for Engineering Practice.
Have robust and repeatable experience in delivering enterprise-wide architecture
Have been a driver of technology strategy to the ‘C’ level of an organisation, both domestically and internationally
Proven innovators, creative and able to envision a future state, understand our competitive landscape and be able to make decisions that direct the organisation.
Exceptional presenters, who communicate with clarity and precision
Undertake due diligence on the direction that they set for the organisation
Can solve for the bigger picture, taking an enterprise view
Have deep technical expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go).
Demonstrate practical experience in SDLC, DevSecOps, and SRE, particularly within product-oriented enterprise environments.
Excel at uplifting engineering maturity through the introduction of new technologies, frameworks, and processes that enhance product development.
Embrace agile and DevOps principles, with a proven history of driving CI/CD automation and continuous improvement.
