Your Impact
Manage and grow relationships with retail property clients
Identify and convert new business opportunities
Collaborate with delivery and product teams to scope and embed solutions
Drive revenue growth through impactful, data-led consulting
Work with client stakeholders across marketing, research, leasing, and portfolio management
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring high satisfaction
Translate client needs into scoped solutions
Lead the sales cycle from opportunity to implementation
Oversee onboarding, contracts, and privacy compliance
What You’ll Bring
Relevant experience in the retail property sector
Proven account management and sales experience
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to turn data into actionable insights
Warm, direct, and authentic communication style
Self-starter with strong project management skills
Consulting background is highly advantages
Degree in property, business, or related field desirable
Success in this role means consistently meeting revenue and client satisfaction targets, driving strong adoption of solutions and effective cross-selling, and maintaining high client retention through the delivery of long-term value.
