We currently have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated Pricing Coordinator to join our Revenue Capacity Management (RCM) team on a full time basis at our head office in Tullamarine, Victoria.
Reporting to the Pricing Manager AU/NZ, this role is accountable for comparing, monitoring and analysing rate activity and products amongst the major competitors and identify revenue enhancing opportunities, while achieving maximum utilisation of the fleet.

Some of the key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide price comparison surveys between our major market competitors for domestic and international activity as per the rate shopping schedule / contractual requirements.
Work with management to ensure maximum utilisation and minimum transfer / movement spend is achieved
Analyse data on forward reservations and recommend pricing changes as per the pricing strategy, seasonal fleet trends / activity and market conditions.
Provide weekly retail pricing summary to management
Liaise with Sales / Marketing / Operations on general rate offerings and promotions / value price propositions
Lead and manage special projects and initiatives to support the business as required
Monitor specific account's pricing patterns and bookings made
Analyse competitor's activities to ensure we are priced competitively
Support with reviewing B2B pricing upon expiration
To be considered, you should possess:
Experience in the car rental or travel industry highly advantageous
Computer literacy, intermediate skills in Microsoft Word & Excel
Sound numeracy skills and competent dealing with large data files
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Analytical thinker with attention to detail
Sound interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
Ability to co-ordinate multiple tasks and work within tight deadlines
Ability to be assertive, proactive and innovative with all tasks
