Power BI Developer

About the role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. 

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Melbourne with a hybrid work arrangement.

About you:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Integrate data from various sources using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver business insights.
• Optimize performance and ensure data accuracy and security.

• Stay up to date with best practices and new features in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
• 3+ years of experience in Power BI development.
• Strong skills in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with MicroStrategy is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
