About the Role:

Are you ready to make a significant impact in a dynamic digital-first environment? As the Platform & Integration Lead at Transurban, you will drive the integration of key platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and third-party systems, playing a pivotal role in delivering personalized customer experiences across multiple channels.

This is a 3-months Contract with a potential extension to become a fixed term role.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Lead platform integration projects and provide expert advice on best practices, data mapping, and delivery planning.
• Collaborate with teams to design and implement email and SMS campaigns, ensuring they meet business needs.
• Support the training and development of team members on marketing automation and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Manage the roll-out of new capabilities and plan future integrations with third-party platforms.
• Oversee the daily monitoring of the Marketing Cloud platform, ensuring smooth operations.
• Prepare regular reports to update stakeholders on integration progress and results.
• Work closely with other departments to map data requirements and ensure smooth integration across systems.

This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:

• Experience in integrating and using Salesforce Marketing Cloud platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to map and sync data across different platforms.
• Expertise in project management with a focus on meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with SQL, HTML, CSS, and AMPscript to support platform integrations and automations.
• Excellent ability to influence and communicate with senior stakeholders.
