What You´ll Do
  • Own and drive the full marketing strategy for your experiences.
  • Develop compelling and scalable marketing plans for exclusive experiences worldwide, both for partners and for our unique Fever Original events.
  • Launch and optimize high-visibility performance marketing campaigns across social channels such as Facebook and Instagram.

  • Manage the regional P&L and lead large-scale marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and strong ROI across channels and verticals.
  • Leverage advanced data insights to guide strategic decisions, uncover growth opportunities, and refine marketing models over time.
  • Bring strong analytical capabilities with deep command of performance metrics, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Media, CRM, Design, and Content teams to provide strategic direction for campaigns.
  • Grow and scale your portfolio of experiences with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Demonstrate strong executive communication skills and confidently lead meetings with partners and internal teams.
Who You Are
  • You have +8 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on exposure to multichannel and paid media strategies.
  • You are proactive, accountable, and take full ownership of your work with a results-driven mindset.
  • You have experience managing stakeholders and collaborating cross-functionally across teams.
  • You communicate effectively — clearly and confidently — both in written and verbal formats. English proficiency is required; a second language is a plus.
  • You are resilient and thrive under pressure, maintaining focus and quality in fast-paced environments.
  • You have a solid understanding of 360 multichannel marketing, including paid social channels.
  • You are data-driven: comfortable working with performance metrics, drawing insights, and making decisions backed by data.
  • You have foundational knowledge of project management, able to coordinate moving parts and keep campaigns on track.
  • You demonstrate effective leadership — able to guide conversations, influence without authority, and grow in a team environment.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
