What You Will Do
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, and hiring).
- Coordinate with departments to identify hiring needs.
2. Employee Relations & Personnel Management
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve workplace issues.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
3. Performance Management
- Support performance appraisal processes.
- Monitor employee performance and provide reports.
4. HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes.
5. HR Systems & Data Management
- Update and maintain HR Information Systems (hiring, transfers, promotions, terminations).
- Prepare HR reports when needed.
6. Medical & Insurance Administration
- Handle medical claims and approvals.
- Manage medical cards and reimbursement processes with insurance providers.
Requirements
What Are We Looking For
Requirements:
1–3 years of professional HR experience
Good command of English (both written and spoken)
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
