What will I need to thrive in this role?

  • 3–5 years of experience in a hands-on Paid Social role within an agency setting.

  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and clients effectively , with excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting.

  • Extensive experience in planning, implementing, and optimising paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube, with a strong track record of delivering results (e.g., increasing ROI and lowering CPAs).

  • In-depth knowledge of troubleshooting and working with pixels, product catalogues, and tracking solutions.

  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, uncover actionable insights, and optimise performance.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, Google Suite, and social media ad platforms.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

  • Experience working with retail or e-commerce clients (desirable but not essential).

  • Familiarity with Looker Studio (nice to have).
