Step into a pivotal role at one of Australia’s most respected commercial real estate teams. Our team is looking for a proactive, highly organised Operations Manager to support senior leaders and brokers across major property campaigns and high-profile transactions.

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and wants to be at the heart of major deals shaping Melbourne’s commercial property landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and diary support to senior leaders

  • Coordinate meetings, travel, agendas, events and internal communications

  • Assist brokers with end-to-end property campaigns, including marketing materials, listings and IM preparation

  • Liaise with creative agencies, marketing teams and external vendors

  • Maintain accurate deal information in Salesforce and internal systems

  • Support financial processes including POs, invoices, expenses and trust account coordination

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strong stakeholder relationships

About You

  • Proven experience in high-level administration or team coordination

  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

  • Advanced MS Office, InDesign experience is a bonus

  • Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

  • Ideally experienced in commercial real estate, property, or professional services
