About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager - Victoria, the Operations Manager will provide operational leadership across our East Metro, South Metro and North Metro regions.

This is a highly visible leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence, commercial performance and continuous improvement across multiple sites. Working closely with Regional Managers, clinical leaders and corporate teams, you'll ensure exceptional patient experiences while delivering sustainable business outcomes.

You'll be a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, leading strategic initiatives, supporting operational projects and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and high performance.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Lead operational performance across multiple Victorian imaging sites.
  • Drive financial performance, budget delivery and commercial outcomes.
  • Analyse operational data and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support business planning, budgeting and monthly performance reporting.
  • Partner with Regional Managers to build engaged, high-performing teams.
  • Lead operational projects including new service implementations and business initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, safety and quality standards.
  • Build strong relationships with Radiologists, hospital partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Support procurement, property management, contracts and operational resource planning.
  • Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence across the business.

About You

You will be an experienced leader who thrives in fast paced, multi-site environment and enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands on leadership.
