Provides Level 1–2 IT service desk, remote, and onsite field support to clinical and administrative staff across Australia and New Zealand. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows, mobile, Microsoft, server, and network environments; managing support tickets and documentation; assisting with radiology applications such as RIS and PACS; applying ITIL practices; collaborating on projects; and delivering clear, customer-focused technical assistance.

Leads CT clinical education, training, and technical support across regional radiology sites. The role mentors radiographers and trainees, troubleshoots image quality and workflows, improves scanning protocols and service operations, supports equipment procurement, and contributes to operational and business development initiatives. It also collaborates with radiologists, referrers, and internal teams to promote safe CT practices, consistent workflows, and high-quality patient care.

Prepare month-end financial reporting, journals, accruals, reconciliations, variance analysis and management reports across multiple business units. Support audits, statutory reporting, BAS/FBT compliance, budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling. Maintain general ledger integrity, analyse large financial datasets to provide insights, drive process improvements and support automation initiatives while partnering with stakeholders across the group.

Provide patient-focused diagnostic imaging (CT and general X‑ray), maintain high-quality imaging standards, assist and communicate with patients and multidisciplinary teams, rotate between nearby clinics, pursue ongoing professional development; MRI experience desirable.

Lead operational performance and commercial outcomes across multiple Victorian imaging sites. Drive budgets, KPIs and continuous improvement, support business planning and projects, ensure governance and quality compliance, build stakeholder relationships, and develop high-performing regional teams.
