- Focus on 5G End-to-End mobile network connectivity solutions, including 5G NR, 5G core, and related transport evolvement
- Work on network solution studies and designs and optimize network solution offerings for their deployment
- Study and analyze customer requested features and technology trends
- Engage with customer to identify enhancements and optimizations for new use cases and present those to the customer
- Share knowledge and educate CU with comprehensive experience and understanding from different product areas
- Grow your competences in the technical domain and share your knowledge with others
In this role you will
- Focus on 5G End-to-End mobile network connectivity solutions, including 5G NR, 5G core, and related transport evolvement
- Work on network solution studies and designs and optimize network solution offerings for their deployment
- Study and analyze customer requested features and technology trends
- Engage with customer to identify enhancements and optimizations for new use cases and present those to the customer
- Share knowledge and educate CU with comprehensive experience and understanding from different product areas
- Grow your competences in the technical domain and share your knowledge with others
To be successful in the role you should have
- An academic degree in Telecommunications or IT
- Work experience (10+ years) in similar roles
- Deep skilled at the 5G/LTE Network Design and Product Configuration
- Rich experiences of complex feature interacting in areas of Network Slicing, Scheduling, QoS, Share RAN, CIoT
- Diverse set of technology know-how in following areas
- 5G RAN knowledge and experience operating Ericsson RAN products
- Solid IP and networking knowledge
- Cloud and Core Network knowledge is a plus
- Good communication skills and be fluent in written and spoken English (Japanese is a plus)
- Motivation and ability to interact and collaborate with diverse and remote teams
- Being self-driven and having a solution-oriented attitude are key for success.
