- Market Analysis - Identifying industry trends, emerging technologies, and shifting customer expectations.
- Network Performance Analysis - Translating network metrics into actionable, engagement-ready insights that support customer discussions and decision-making.
- Network evolution Analysis - Explore and suggest evolution paths for MNEA customers, considering aspects such as future functionality and traffic needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Performmarket and technology analysis to identify trends, disruptive technologies, and changing customer needs relevant to network evolution and monetization.
- Conduct network performance analysis translating performance metrics and operational data into clear conclusions and implications for customers.
- Develop competitive benchmarks that compare customer networks and strategies against peers, highlighting gaps, opportunities, and differentiators.
- Transform complex technical and market data into engagement-ready material suitable for both technical stakeholders and executives.
- Support and lead network evolution projects, defining evolution paths and modernization priorities.
- Collaborate closely with customer units, domain experts, and sales teams to align findings and recommendations with customer roadmaps and Ericsson's business objectives.
- Contribute to business cases and investment justifications for network modernization and new services, combining technical analysis with commercial impact assessment.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with both telecom network data and market intelligence.
- Solid foundational knowledge of telecom network architecture and technologies, such as virtualized and cloud-native networks, and AI driven networks.
- Demonstrated communication and storytelling skills, especially the ability to transform raw data into clear, compelling, and visually engaging content for both technical and executive audiences.
- Experience preparing executive-ready presentations and reports that have influenced decisions (e.g. in consulting, advisory, pre-sales, or strategy roles).
- Collaborative mindset, comfortable working in small, agile teams and in cross-functional setups.
- High level of written and spoken English
