We have an opportunity for you to join Samsung Electronics Australia as a National Account Manager in the Consumer Electronics - Audio Visual team, based in Melbourne.
In this role, you will manage the relationship with one of our largest retail partners based in Melbourne and execute strategic account plans to drive growth.

Role and Responsibilities

Account Management & Planning

  • Develop and implement sales plans for sell-in/sell-out

  • Lead Quarterly Business Planning and annual Joint Business Plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams to align account strategies with market needs.

  • Manage offline and online promotional plans, maximizing ROI and alignment with product strategies.

  • Manage ranging, existing SKUs and the launch of new products within your account (including distribution, promotion, display and training plan)

  • Manage regular forecasting and weekly stock levels within your account

Retail Execution & Field Management

  • Enhance retailer capability and drive in-store execution of retail strategy by planning promotional activities and executing product training programs for floor staff

  • Set clear weekly priorities and direction for the field team that outlines requirements and updates for your retail stores

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of account management experience, preferably in the consumer electronics industry

  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets within set deadlines

  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and building strong customer relationships

  • High level of business acumen with a strong ability to communicate effectively across all levels of business

  • Consultative and influential selling style with an ability to sell technical products
