The Job:

As a Marketing Specialist-Outdoor you will be part of our dynamic Outdoor Power Tools & Equipment Product team working to drive our marketing initiatives and support our retail and product strategies. This role will be Hybrid (Approx 2 days in the office), split between Box Hill and Dandenong South.

Your duties will include:

  • Collaborating with key retail partners and marketing contacts.
  • Supporting the Outdoor dealer network channel alongside field representatives.
  • Managing the Redemptions Program and retailer-specific promotions.
  • Distributing marketing collateral and managing the image bank.
  • Executing in-store POS and merchandising.
  • Developing plans to grow the Outdoor category.
  • Driving key product initiatives and managing new product launches.
  • Conducting product research and competitor analysis.

You Will Have:

  • Proven experience in Trade and Product Marketing.
  • Strong relationship building skills, with the ability to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management skills
  • The ability to conduct market research and provide insights and recommendations.
  • Experience in managing product launches and marketing strategies.
  • A related qualification such as a degree, diploma or similar would be highly regarded, but not essential
