Are you a passionate and experienced Senior Brand Manager ready to lead the future of snacking? Mondelēz International, a global snacking powerhouse with iconic brands like Oreo, Cadbury, and Toblerone, is seeking a dynamic Senior Brand Manager to join our high-performing marketing team in Australia & New Zealand.

The Opportunity
This is an exciting 18-month limited term contract where you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth for our Bite-Size & Share Packs portfolio. You'll be working on brands like Cadbury Dairy Milk, Cadbury Twirl, Cadbury Freddo & Caramello Koala. You will also be leading the Halloween event!

How You Will Contribute
Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager, as a Senior Brand Manager, you will:
- Work with internal stakeholders to support the Bite-Size & Share Packs brand portfolio's strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric growth.
- Develop purposeful brand plans, setting objectives, and allocating resources.
- Offer recommendations for integrated commercial plans, develop, and execute marketing plans that deliver on revenue and profit forecasts, and share objectives.
- Lead the development of bite-size and share packs chocolate innovation platforms, working with cross-functional teams and our local manufacturing sites.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing communications and 360-degree campaigns based on deep consumer insights and brand positioning.
- Lead and coach a direct report (Assistant Brand Manager)
What You Will Bring
- A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career
- 2+ years in a Senior Brand Manager or similar-level marketing role, preferably in the consumer goods sector in a matrix environment
- Strong project management skills; ability to dive in and deliver
- Experience managing business objectives beyond brand and budget
- A balance of analytical and creative skills, with strong commercial and strategic acumen
- Proven ability to lead and influence teams, including direct reports
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong executive presentation skills
- Experience in markets with diverse economic environments is a distinct advantage
