About the role
We're seeking a Lead, Marketing Operations to support the coordination, governance and ongoing operation of marketing and campaign processes across Transurban's exciting new Linkt Rewards loyalty ecosystem.
You'll join a newly established and fast-moving business unit on an ambitious journey to build Australia's first automotive-focused loyalty program — where your work will directly shape how the team operates and delivers for members.
As our Lead, Marketing Operations, you'll contribute to lasting and positive changes that shape the future of our cities and communities. It's meaningful, challenging and exciting work.
Day-to-day, you will:
- · Act as the central coordination point for campaign intake, scheduling and workflow across Marketing, Creative and MarTech teams
- · Maintain and support the marketing and customer contact calendar, enabling visibility and alignment across Rewards and Linkt teams
- · Help teams follow agreed QA, governance and approval processes, and support continuous refinement as the program matures
- · Connect Marketing, MarTech and Analytics teams to ensure data inputs, targeting and measurement needs are understood early
- · Partner with Program Marketing to support delivery of key campaigns, launches and go-to-market activity
- ·
Reinforce consistent ways of working through coaching, documentation and practical support
This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:
- · Experience in marketing operations, campaign delivery or program coordination, ideally in a digital B2C or loyalty environment
- · Strong stakeholder management skills — able to connect and align teams across Marketing, MarTech, Analytics, Creative and beyond
- · Experience maintaining campaign calendars, contact plans and operational cadences across multiple teams
- · A process-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment
- · Confident communicator who can guide teams through ambiguity and embed new ways of working through coaching and practical support
If you meet some of these requirements, but not all, we encourage you to submit your application.
