Leads specialist customer support teams handling complex, high-risk escalations. Oversees Ombudsman, ministerial, executive, and media-related complaints; manages performance, backlogs, and complaint analytics; provides executive reporting; partners with Legal, Risk, and Corporate Affairs; coaches leaders; and drives systemic process improvements across the organization.

Handle escalated customer complaints across phone and email, investigate complex cases, negotiate fair resolutions, provide updates, and issue authorized credits or waivers. Build relationships with internal teams and external counselling partners, identify recurring issues, and recommend process improvements. The role requires strong communication, empathy, conflict de-escalation, multitasking across systems, and end-to-end case ownership in a high-volume contact centre.

Develop and deliver proactive and reactive communications for the Linkt retail brand across email, SMS, website, and social media. Lead communications during incidents and technical upgrades, translating complex information into clear customer messaging. Advise internal stakeholders and external agencies on communication strategies, use data and AI insights to guide decisions, manage fast-changing priorities, and mentor others in effective communication.

Design, build, and automate identity and access systems that secure employee and customer accounts. Implement and enhance SSO and MFA, configure enterprise identity platforms, develop system-health dashboards, monitor logs and security tools for risks, and support compliance goals. The role requires collaboration with technology teams, scripting or programming skills, and adaptability to evolving security challenges.

Leads Transurban’s capital and funding strategy, including debt facilities, capital-market issuances, equity raisings, financing for development projects, rating-agency engagement, and financial modeling. Advises executives, boards, banks, investors, and joint-venture stakeholders while managing complex multi-jurisdictional funding activities. The role also leads and develops a high-performing Treasury team.
