As a Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in delivering impactful brand campaigns and supporting marketing initiatives across Australia and New Zealand.

Your Role:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor Brand Marketing activities for Sport Style, Basketball, and other categories to achieve Brand and Commercial objectives.
  • Assist with brand marketing campaign execution.
  • Manage product orders for PR, campaign shoots, partnership leverage opportunities, and social media requirements.
  • Coordinate press release disbursements to Account Managers across New Zealand and Australia.
  • Oversee digital asset pack coordination and distribution.
  • Coordinate creative assets for media and creative campaigns.
  • Organise team WIPs and collate meeting minutes.
  • Process and track invoices.
  • Support event planning and execution.
  • Organise samples for campaign shoots, social media shoots, and PR opportunities.
  • Work closely with agencies across all touchpoints of brand campaigns from brief to post-analysis.

YOUR TALENT

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 1-3 years of Brand Marketing experience for a multi-category brand or agency.
  • Experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods, lifestyle, or sporting brands.
  • Strong project management and marketing calendar development and execution.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally, independently, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Up-to-date understanding of consumer-based marketing, social media, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong public speaking and communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, proactive, and organised.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and self-motivated with a clear passion for sport.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop.
