YOUR MISSION

As the Commercial Marketing Executive, you’ll bring the PUMA brand to life across all retail environments in Oceania. From full price stores and eComm to pop-ups and wholesale partners, you’ll help deliver impactful, integrated marketing campaigns that drive traffic, brand love, and sell-through. Working cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Sales, Retail, and Merchandise, you'll execute best-in-class commercial activations while keeping PUMA’s bold, energetic identity at the forefront.

Your Role
  • Execute full-year retail calendars for wholesale accounts to drive traffic and conversion

  • Support planning of launch events and in-store activations across key retail environments

  • Deliver integrated marketing plans in partnership with Commercial Marketing Manager

  • Manage day-to-day marketing requests and campaign execution for wholesale partners

  • Ensure in-store and online brand communications are current and consistent

  • Drive premium experiences at all consumer touchpoints (in-store, online, social, activations)

  • Coordinate photo shoots and campaign rollouts for major brand and volume initiatives

  • Manage stakeholder communications and third-party agency relationships

  • Support sell-in presentations and GTM planning with sales, brand, and merchandise teams

  • Track budgets, process invoices, and manage digital asset distribution and imagery approvals

YOUR TALENT
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 1–3 years’ experience in trade or retail marketing within a multi-category or lifestyle brand

  • Familiarity with sport, fashion, or consumer retail environments

  • Strong project and relationship management capabilities

  • Experience developing and executing marketing calendars and campaigns

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

  • Detail-oriented, highly organised, and proactive in finding solutions

  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and driving brand engagement

  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop

  • Experience in managing campaign assets and coordinating with digital platforms

  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
