YOUR MISSION

We have a great opportunity for a Commercial Marketing Executive to join the team within the Brand Marketing function. This role will be responsibility for Marketing the PUMA brand and PUMA products within both Retail and Trade (Sport and Sportstyle), Forever Faster Full Price Stores, Outlets, Pop Ups and Concession Stores, as well as to their consumers.
 

This role’s key accountability is to plan, execute and monitor all Retail Marketing activities within Oceania (Australia and New Zealand), alongside the Commercial Marketing Manager. Bring ‘Forever Faster’ to life in this region, ensuring PUMA’s desire to be the fastest sport brand in the world is fulfilled through powerful and commercial in-store, online and Social Marketing, as well as Visual Merchandising activates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brief, develop and execute full year Oceania Retail Calendars for Retail (Factory Outlet and Full Price) that both drive traffic and conversion.

  • Develop, Execute and Manage the Retail Demand Generation plans alongside the Commercial Marketing Manager, with a heavy focus on Factory Outlet across Oceania.

  • Ensure all in store communications are kept up to date and imagery usage requirements are adhered to in line with global launch dates, in the FPS and Outlet environments.

  • Manage the day to day relationships with relevant Centre Marketing Teams to assist in the planning and optimisation of Retail Marketing Contributions within these Centres (Factory Outlet and Full Price).

  • Manage day to day requests and campaign execution for wholesale partners, with a focus on driving sell through of key brand initiatives.

  • Ensure all campaigns are delivered in full and on time, and all relevant parties are briefed on upcoming campaign activity

  • Implement and execute a seasonal production plan with all third party vendors to ensure on time deliverables to Retail and Trade accounts for all key initiatives across GESEC and RESEC calendars are met and that Global Company Guidelines are adhered to

  • Support the business in the sales conference and the GTM process.

  • Manage expectations of external and internal stakeholders with regards to campaign progress.

  • Manage imagery and social media toolkit requests, and basic catalogue and imagery approvals within brand guidelines.

  • Manage campaign and wholesale partner budgets with support from the Commercial Marketing Manager.

  • Manage retail and wholesale calendars, ensuring they are up to date and communicated to relevant stakeholders.

  • Budget tracking and invoice processing.

YOUR TALENT

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher

  • 2-3 years Trade/Retail Marketing Experience for a Multi-Category Brand

  • Sport/ Fashion/ Lifestyle

  • Project Management

  • Budget Management

  • Marketing Calendar Development, Execution and Management

  • Excellent Written, Verbal and Presentation Skills

  • Proven ability to work independently and multi task

  • Detail orientated, resourceful, proactive and organised

  • Trouble Shooting Skills

  • Self-Motivated

  • MS Office – Expert

  • PhotoShop - Intermediate
