Profile Requirements:
- 3+ years in marketing coordination or project management, ideally ecommerce or agency side
- Relentless about deadlines, checklists, and follow-up with strong attention to detail
- Clear and concise writer of briefs and status updates
- Confident with project management tools such as monday.com
- Calm under pressure with the ability to manage many moving parts simultaneously
Core responsibilities:
- Own the campaign calendar across all channels and all three markets
- Turn campaign themes into clear channel briefs for designers, editors, and the copywriter
- Chase approvals, manage version control, and keep every asset moving through the production pipeline
- Run launch checklists to ensure Shopify, social, Klaviyo, Amazon, TV, and print all go live on day one across every market
- Keep project boards current and flag bottlenecks before they become problems
- Coordinate with media, retail, and manufacturing partners on deadlines and deliverables
- Compile weekly status and performance reporting for the CEO
