  • Optimise customer journeys and conversion funnels by identifying opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion rates and marketing investment efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Distribution, Partnerships, Digital, Data, Product and Operations to deliver integrated growth initiatives.
  • Use customer, campaign and commercial insights to inform decision-making, develop recommendations and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead testing and experimentation programs to enhance campaign effectiveness, customer engagement and business outcomes.
  • Monitor performance, provide actionable reporting and ensure all marketing activity aligns with brand standards, customer outcomes, regulatory requirements and risk frameworks.

Successful applications will demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in performance, digital and direct marketing, ideally within insurance, financial services or another highly regulated, customer-focused industry.
  • Demonstrated success delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional and partner channels that drive acquisition, conversion and commercial outcomes.

  • Highly analytical, with the ability to translate customer, campaign and commercial data into actionable insights and measurable business results.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms, marketing automation, customer data platforms, digital journeys and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or a related discipline, with knowledge of media planning, channel optimisation and data-driven marketing practices highly regarded.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
