As a Case Manager in Group Claims at AIA, you will manage a portfolio of claims, resolve disputes, and ensure timely outcomes while communicating effectively with customers.

Lead large or multiple end-to-end projects for AIA Australia, developing business cases, budgets and implementation plans; manage onsite and offshore teams, stakeholders and vendors; apply Agile/Waterfall/hybrid delivery, present governance artefacts and ensure successful deployment and benefits realization.

Manage a portfolio of complex group insurance claims, ensure high-quality assessments that meet SLAs, maintain stakeholder relationships, transfer skills from development initiatives, contribute to claims strategy and projects, and support team goals.

Lead technical design and hands-on development to migrate on-prem data warehouses to Azure Databricks. Build scalable ingestion, curation and transformation pipelines, own data modelling, ETL automation, DevOps, data quality, security and performance optimization. Manage and mentor onshore/offshore data engineering teams and collaborate with stakeholders to align data products with business priorities.
