What you will do:
- Independently or in conjunction with our Legal Counsel, manage various legal and administrative tasks to ensure the efficient delivery of legal advice within Ericsson.
- Provide legal and compliance process support, handle important documents, and ensure accurate oversight.
- Support to draft, review, or negotiate contracts and other pertinent legal and compliance documents.
- Prepare, draft, review, and submit regulatory filings or similar legal documents to courts or authorities as needed.
- Maintain documentation for legal, court, or administrative activities, such as hearings, case files, or legal research.
- Access, analyze, research, and organize relevant data and information.
- Drive and utilize technology systems for legal and administrative activities, including invoice management and review, and case and legal document repositories.
The skills you bring:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean.
- A high level of attention to detail and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid research and technology skills (including MS Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Willingness to take direction from others and the ability to work independently on assignments with demonstrated judgment in when to seek assistance.
- Solid time management skills, the ability to execute within established processes and directions on a timely basis, and solid prioritization skills.
