About the role

As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing the marketing strategy for the Probe Group portfolio, including Probe Group, Probe CX, Convai and Innovior.

This is a strategic position focused on driving revenue growth by developing marketing initiatives that specifically target enterprise B2B clients. You will ensure that each brand within the portfolio is accurately represented across all digital and sales channels.

Working closely with the Head of Brand & Marketing and the internal sales teams, you will act as a key link between marketing activity and business objectives. You will also manage relationships with external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and deliver measurable results.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you will take ownership of the marketing performance for Probe Group, Probe CX, Convai and Innovior. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of B2B marketing strategies that contribute directly to the sales pipeline.

Demand Generation & Campaign Management

  • Develop and execute integrated demand generation strategies to attract and engage enterprise-level B2B customers.

  • Manage multi-channel campaigns across paid and organic digital platforms, including email, social media and content marketing.

  • Lead the strategy and execution of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs specifically targeting high-value, strategic accounts.

  • Partner and manage with our SEO agency and internal design team to ensure all website content and case studies are high-quality and aligned with brand guidelines.

  • Oversee organic social media strategy and execution, ensuring it aligns and compliments the paid strategy. 

Systems, data & performance

  • Manage and optimise the marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot) to ensure lead capture, nurturing and scoring processes are efficient.

  • Analyse campaign data to identify trends, provide actionable insights and pivot strategies to improve ROI.

  • Manage dashboards and reporting and provide insights and improvements. 

Stakeholder & team leadership

  • Work closely with the Sales team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with their growth targets and that lead hand-offs are seamless.

  • Lead the growth marketing function, providing clear direction on project execution and professional development to direct reports. 

  • Manage budget allocation across all programs, ensuring spend is tracked accurately against performance metrics.

  • Maintain strong relationships with product and executive teams to ensure marketing initiatives reflect broader business objectives.

You excel at shaping and executing multi-channel, innovative strategies, optimising campaigns and building strong cross-functional alignment. Your ability to foster strong stakeholder relationships is key to overcoming challenges and driving success.

What you bring: 

To be successful in this role, candidates should demonstrate the following:

  • Extensive B2B Experience: 8–10 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in the B2B technology or services sectors. You understand the complexity of long sales cycles and high-value enterprise buying committees.

  • Demand Generation Expertise: Demonstrated success in designing and executing end-to-end demand generation strategies that lead to measurable revenue growth and pipeline health.

  • Technical Proficiency (MarTech): Advanced "hands-on" experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms. Deep knowledge of HubSpot is a plus as well as Salesforce.

  • Brand Experience: A strong understanding of the power of a brand and the role it plays in shaping marketing communications. Understanding what makes a brand unique and how to articulate its value proposition. 

  • Portfolio Management: The ability to manage and prioritise marketing initiatives across multiple distinct brands simultaneously (Probe CX, Convai, Innovior).

  • ABM Strategy: Proven experience in developing and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs that target high-value, strategic enterprise accounts.

  • Stakeholder & Team Leadership: Experience mentoring small teams of specialists and managing external agency partners to deliver high-impact results.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: A strong analytical mindset with the ability to use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot or Power BI to optimize campaign performance and report on ROI.
