About the Role
The primary purpose of this role is to provide People systems leadership and oversight of CIMIC’s People & Culture frameworks, ensuring they are robust, compliant and continuously improving.
Key responsibilities include:
· Optimise and improve the use of current HRIS whilst optimising and automating processes and workflows
· Review existing P&C operations to identify inefficiencies, process gaps and improvement opportunities
· Drive P&C process improvement initiatives focused on automation and scalability
· Review and update P&C policies, procedures and documentation to ensure compliance and consistency
· Support P&C systems governance, including triaging requests, developing proof of concept and project managing through to delivery
· Assist with P&C process improvements and future transition planning for systems implementations
· Contribute to the development of HR KPIs, reporting metrics and bonus frameworks
· Partner with stakeholders across the business to improve operational effectiveness and service delivery
· Providing expert technical advice and coaching to stakeholders, supporting the establishment of P&C systems and processes for projects.
· Using data and insights to inform decision making, monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
· Coaching and influencing leaders and teams to embed continuous improvement behaviours at all levels of the organisation.

About You – Qualifications & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
· Previous experience in P&C Operations, P&C Systems or People & Culture roles with a strong operational focus
· Experience working with HRIS platforms, including system optimisation or implementation projects
· Experiences in leading processes and workflow automation initiatives using the Microsoft suite of products
· Strong understanding of employment legislation and P&C compliance requirements
· Highly organised with strong attention to detail and process orientation
· Comfortable working in changing and evolving environments
· Able to balance a commercial, business-first mindset with strong P&C execution
