Lead design, delivery and continuous improvement of enterprise learning programs across leadership, capability, compliance, early careers and future skills. Translate strategy into scalable L&D solutions, manage the annual L&D calendar, partner with business leaders to assess capability gaps, act as practice lead for programs, and coach and develop L&D team members.

Lead and implement employee relations initiatives, provide strategic ER advice, manage investigations and dispute resolution, interpret EBAs and regional employment law, deliver training and coaching, and embed policies and wellbeing practices to support leaders and teams across Australia, Papua New Guinea and New Zealand.

Develop and deliver a Project Controls training program: assess needs, create training matrix and pathways, update LMS content, coordinate subject-matter experts, deliver classroom and Teams sessions, and ensure compliance with group policies and regulatory requirements to improve cost control, forecasting and earned value practices.

Lead commercial and risk management for major bids and tenders, identify and assess contractual, financial and delivery risks, develop mitigation strategies, ensure quality of Commercial and Contract Risk Assessments, run risk review sessions, and lead and mentor a team of commercial managers to deliver client-focused outcomes.

Lead and oversee development of robust, competitive tender estimates for major construction and infrastructure projects. Ensure estimates reflect scope, methodology, risk/opportunity, and market-tested supply chain pricing. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to estimators, integrate estimating with planning, commercial and risk, and contribute to continuous improvement across pre-contracts and estimating functions.
