As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a critical role in supporting the CEO across all facets of his day, spanning the Acquire Group of companies, other businesses he is involved in, and selected personal matters. You’ll be at the centre of coordination and execution, from managing busy schedules and booking travel, to liaising with external stakeholders and assisting with events and marketing initiatives.
This is a role for someone who is fast, proactive, polished, and brings a ‘whatever it takes’ attitude to getting things done. You'll work closely with the CEO but also step in to support other members of the executive team as needed.
KEY RESPONSBILITIES
- Manage a dynamic and frequently changing calendar, including meeting scheduling across time zones and locations.
- Coordinate national and international travel, accommodation, and logistics.
- Represent the CEO and company professionally in communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Assist with event coordination and marketing-related activities involving the CEO (e.g. speaking engagements, campaigns, client events).
- Provide hands-on support with head office matters and day-to-day operational needs as required.
- Help facilitate both business and personal tasks to ensure the CEO can focus on high-priority objectives.
- Assist with personal admin and payments, such as invoices, reconciliations, or liaising with service providers.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless daily operations and provide support across teams where needed.
- Be curious and proactive in using AI and modern tools to continuously improve how things get done.
- Undertake other duties as reasonably required in support of the CEO and the broader business.

- An interest in AI, automation, or emerging technologies is a bonus.
- Comfortable representing senior leadership with professionalism and discretion.
- A flexible and open-minded approach to supporting both business and personal matters.
- Interest in marketing or events is a plus.
- Available to support urgent business or travel requirements that may occasionally fall outside of regular hours.
- Melbourne-based and available to work from the Queens Road office 5 days a week if required.
