Job Description

You will transform learning insights into powerful coaching frameworks that drive real performance change across SEEK's ANZ sales organization. This role sits within the Sales and Service Enablement Team, reporting to the Enablement Manager, ANZ Delivery. You will build trusted advisor relationships with sales managers, guiding their coaching approach and creating sustainable development practices.

Success means establishing consistent coaching rhythms that bridge the gap between training and field execution, while developing networks of coaching champions who sustain momentum across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transform trainer insights and analytics into structured, actionable coaching frameworks
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with sales managers across assigned markets
  • Identify barriers to skill application and create targeted intervention solutions
  • Work directly with sales teams to reinforce learning and model desired behaviors
  • Establish metrics and observation methods to measure behavior change accurately
  • Develop coaching champion networks that sustain momentum and share best practices
  • Gather field observations to provide feedback that improves future training design

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales coaching, performance consulting, or change management
  • Strong understanding of coaching methodologies and skill development approaches
  • Proven ability to influence and guide sales managers in coaching practice
  • Experience implementing new processes or behavior change initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills to track adoption and measure behavior change
  • Cultural sensitivity with ability to adapt approaches across diverse markets
