How you will contribute
  • Working with a cross functional team, you will determine the priorities to enable consumer-centric brand portfolio growth.

  • You will develop annual plans, setting objectives and allocating resources.

  • Make recommendations for integrated commercial plans.

  • Execute category marketing plans that deliver on revenue and profit forecasts, sharing objectives and monitoring performance - delivering results over the AC and SP horizon.

  • Based on your deep consumer insights and brand positioning, you will develop and implement integrated marketing communications and 360-degree campaigns.

  • Contribute to building a winning growth team culture by deepening own capability and inspiring colleagues to do the same.

What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career, and the following experience and knowledge:
  • Previous marketing experience in a Senior Brand or Marketing Manager role within FMCG.

  • Openness to learn and grow, with a demonstrated ability to execute in a large and complex organization.

  • Managing business objectives beyond brand and budget.

  • Analytics and creativity - a balance of commercial and strategic acumen.

  • Markets with diverse economic environments a distinct advantage.

  • Project management skills - understanding of process, timelines, business case, ability to work cross-functionally.

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing / commerce economics / business.
