About the role: 

The Director, Channel/Marketing APAC is responsible for ensuring collaboration across the Nintex Go To Market teams, driving demand across all channels, namely: Marketing, Sales & Channel.

Responsible for localizing global demand programs and defining and executing aggressive local go-to-market strategies and campaigns that generate interest across the full sales funnel. Key targets are MQL’s, PQL’s, #opps created, $ opps produced and ultimately hitting the share of target for Marketing sourced closed business, and the Marketing contribution to Channel sourced deals. 

Build support for Channel marketing within the Region, working closely with the Channel Director to secure funding for joint lead generation activities, and supporting key partners in their activity to assist in hitting their PQL, opps, pipe and bookings targets. Use the Channel Marketing team to drive best practice into region and work with Partners to align efforts in our GTM strategy. 

Ensure APAC has a solid Marketing plan that aligns with Sales and Channel efforts, on a rolling quarterly basis with GTM plans that have buy in from the GTM team, including Marketing leadership, Sales Leaders, Solutions Engineers and the Channel team.

Your contribution will be:  

  • Channel Marketing 
    • Align with Channel and Technology Alliance Leaders to understand the market trends and customize programs as needed to help drive quota attainment goals
    • Work closely with the wider Channel Team to plan and conduct campaigns, digital activities, and in person programs through the partner, with the partner, and to the partner in order to drive a co-sell go-to-market motion, with timely follow up
    • Manage marketing plans with partners on a quarterly basis across available channels & tactics both in person and digital
    • Coordinate activities cross-functionally to create, leverage existing and deliver engaging partner communications regarding program benefits, new products and services and channel enablement programs through key monthly communications such as emails, newsletters and announcements
    • Track, analyze, and report on marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing investments  
  • Team Management & Planning 
    • Lead the regional demand marketing team, setting team strategy, go-to-market execution priorities, deliverable timelines, and managing resources and coordinating across teams to drive activity into and through the sales funnel.
    • Attract and retain strong marketers through coaching, mentorship, skill building, and longer-term career development.
    • Leverage global campaigns & tactics, and build and execute effective local GTM plans (quarterly and yearly) to deliver against regional plans and results,  
    • Ensure plans are in place to support the MQL, #opps, $pipe and bookings won targets.
    • Ensure alignment with GTM plays across Sales, Marketing & Channel  
    • Work closely with the DR function to ensure timely and efficient follow up through all leads generated by marketing activity 
  • Campaign Development & Execution 
    • Develop quarterly programs and campaigns to achieve lead, MQL, opps, pipeline and booking target results across Marketing and Channel contribution.
    • Work with the Campaign Team to drive engaging campaigns into regions, monitoring for course corrections through their lifecycle
    • Select and execute regional event sponsorships and content syndication programs.  
    • Drive ongoing Nintex events, webinars, and workshops (in person and virtual), striving for weekly activities in each region.
    • Create specific marketing plans (with sales and channel team input) that generate qualified marketing leads from and with our partners (PQLs), that drive Marketings contribution to channel targets.
    • Run joint marketing and GTM review meetings to monitor progress and drive continuous improvements. 

To be successful, we think you need:  

  • 5+ years experience in leading marketing teams where Channel Marketing was equally as important as direct Marketing activity at a SaaS B2B organisation 
  • Demonstrable experience in Channel Marketing, driving through/to/with marketing.
